our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to
the nature of our products, we have a specific policy for returns and refunds.

1. Return Policy Overview

Our return and refund policy varies based on the type of product you
purchased: Customized or Pre-Designed.

2. Reporting an Issue 

If you believe your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact
us within 2 hours of receiving your order. This applies to both customized
and pre-designed products.

To report a problem, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to info@inkfluenceme.ae
  • Include your order number in the subject line.
  • Attach clear photos or a short video showing the defect or damage.

We will review your claim and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Return Policy for Customized Products

All customized products are made to order based on your unique
specifications and uploaded content. Therefore, we do not accept returns or
offer refunds for these products.

  1. Order Cancellation: Customized orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
  2. Exceptions: We will accept a return or issue a refund only if the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect. If an exception is confirmed, you may choose to receive a replacement or a refund.
  3. Resolution Options: 
  • Replacement: We will exchange and ship a new, identical product to you at no extra cost.
  • Refund: We will refund the full purchase price of the item to your original payment method, note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Return Policy for Pre-Designed Products

For pre-designed items, customers must report any issues (defective, damaged, or incorrect) within 2 hours of delivery. Once the issue is reported, you have up to 7 days to process and return the item to us.

  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  2. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your account within a specified number of business days. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
  3. Damages in Transit: We are not liable for goods lost or damaged during transit. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier service.

5. Non-Eligible Reasons for Refund or Return

We cannot offer a refund or replacement for the following reasons:

  • Customer error: This includes errors in the uploaded image quality, spelling mistakes, errors in the design provided by you, or providing incorrect delivery details.
  • Minor color variations: Due to the differences in screen and print colors, slight variations may occur. These are not considered as defects.

6.  Refund Processing

Once we approve a refund, we will process it within a specified
number of business days. The refund will be credited to your account. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary
depending on your bank or payment provider.
