Order Processing
All orders are custom processed and typically take 1-2 business days to prepare before being handed over to the courier. This ensures quality and accuracy for your personalized items.

Delivery Timings

• Regular Delivery Areas: Delivery is typically completed within 3 business days after your order has been processed and handed over to the courier.
• Far-Out Delivery Areas: Scheduled deliveries are made on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays after order processing.

Please Note:
Deliveries exclude UAE public holidays and Sundays (which is the courier’s weekly off). Delays may occur due to traffic, road conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier. Our liability is limited to the product value.
