We specialize in creating custom products through UV printing, edible printing, engraving, and cutting. All products are displayed with descriptions, specifications, and images. Due to the nature of custom production, minor variations in color, placement, and size may occur. These are considered a natural part of the custom process and are not defects. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue offerings at any time without notice.

InkFluenceME FZ-LLC may terminate or suspend the usage of the website without notice for any reason, including failure to comply with the terms and conditions or any act that contradicts the website's purpose or violates UAE laws.

Users agree not to use the website for illegal activities or in violation of RAKEZ rules and UAE law. Any unauthorized use of the website is prohibited.

4. Pricing and Payment:

All prices on our website are in UAE Dirhams (AED). As a tax-exempted company, all prices listed do not include VAT or any other sales taxes. Payments must be made through authorized methods only. Full payment is required at the time you place your order. We accept various payment methods as indicated during the checkout process, all of which are processed through secure gateways. Detailed digital invoices will be provided for all purchases in compliance with UAE regulations.

5. Order Placement and Processing:

To place an order, please follow the steps outlined on our website. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to provide accurate and complete details for both orders and deliveries. InkFluenceME FZ-LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule orders if the required information is unclear or if the customer is unavailable.

Once your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation. We will begin processing your order only after confirming all necessary information and receiving full payment. Processing typically takes 1-2 business days to ensure the customization and quality of your items.

In the rare event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly to arrange a suitable alternative or issue a refund.

Please note that order processing times are considered before the shipping and delivery schedule and are separate from the delivery timeframe.

7. Returns and Refunds:

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery or incorrect order. If an item is defective, you must notify us within 2 hours of receipt by providing photographic evidence. We will then assess the claim and, if a defect is confirmed, we will replace the item at no extra cost to you. Customized orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

8. Intellectual Property:

The content on this website, including all logos, text, graphics, and product designs are owned or licensed by the business and protected under UAE intellectual property laws. When you upload content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and print your submitted designs solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

9. Data Protection and Privacy:

10. Liability and Disclaimers:

InkFluenceME FZ-LLC and RAKEZ are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the products and website functionality.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled through arbitration or the competent courts within the jurisdiction of Ras Al Khaimah.
